At FrostPaper, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every Notebook, Writing instrument, and Organization product you purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any protective wraps or boxes.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used writing instruments (e.g., pens, markers, ink cartridges).
  • Personalized or custom-made notebooks and organizers.
  • Digital download products.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to the return address we provide. Please include the RMA number inside the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Timing

After your return is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The timing depends on your payment provider's processing policies.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and then place a new order on our website.
