Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. FrostPaper is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-routing or re-shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. FrostPaper has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For lost shipments or items damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
